Our professional staff will personally with each athlete to understand their fundamental package and direction of their training.
1 on 1 - Athletes receive a customized training based on each specific player & their training goals. Private training maximizes potential repetitions, schedule flexibility, and high detailed personalized feedback during training sessions.
Groups of 2 - 4 - Athletes receive customized training in small groups based on skill level and age. Semi-private training allows for high repetitions, competitive environments, dynamic offensive & defensive drills, affordable rates, and opportunities for personalized feedback during training sessions.
These 3-5 day camp will prepare athletes for their upcoming competitive seasons by giving them a solid foundation of offensive and defensive skills through technical instructions, drill and scrimmage sessions. Swan Training develops a good mix of fundamentals and advanced techniques that have been proven successful at all levels of sport. We are able to do this by coaching and hiring athletes that currently compete in professional leagues across the globe.
Swan Training brings in guest speakers ranging from Olympians, world class athletes, psychologists, and coaches to help teach the next generation what it took them to be successful. Participating athletes will also learn mental skills such as performance anxiety, stress, coping, and goal setting.
These week-long or weekend clinics are dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of sport & mental skills to youth. Swan Training encourages the development of physical literacy through stationed drills, competitions, and games in athletes of all ages.
