This 5 day camp will prepare basketball players for their spring basketball seasons by giving them a solid foundation of offensive and defensive hand and foot skills through technical instructions, drill and scrimmage sessions. Swan Training develops an ideal mix of fundamentals and advanced techniques that have been proven successful at all levels of basketball.
Athletes will also learn about mental skills such as performance anxiety, stress, coping, and goal setting from Olympic and professional athletes from across the GTA. These athletes are taking time out of their training schedules to give back and help the next generation learn about what it takes to be successful.
Top performing and most improved athletes over the week receive recognition and prizes at the end.Please bring your own lunch as dietary needs vary. Coached by Swan Training's professional coaches and athletes.
